Shipping?

Being manufactured in Australia, all MixerM8te & MiniM8te will be shipped from Australia via international airmail with full tracking. Posted directly to your door.

So it doesn’t matter if you are located in US, EU, UK or anywhere it will be sent via international express airmail to your door for the same price.

Assembly of product? Only MixerM8te original

yes, the “legs” which consist of 2 “bands” (they are called that because they are shaped and function like Hairbands) Need to be fitted to the rail system.

This is a very easy process and no tools are required.

Our slogan is “assembly is so easy, even a man could do it!” this is because it is very simple! if you look under the rail and bands, there are directional arrows that need to face together, and the push items together.

What KitchenAid model will the MixerM8te fit?

The current one is only for fitment to the KitchenAid Tilt-Head Stand Mixer

  • Classic                                     5 Quart

  • Artisan® Series                    5 Quart

  • Deluxe                                  4.5 Quart

There are approximately 50 to 70 Million units of these! so odds are you have one. (a easy guide is, If it looks like the photo it will fit!)    

But not the bowl lift model at this stage.

So if your mixer looks like this… then the MixerM8te available on this website will fit.

Is MixerM8te dishwasher safe?

No. No. No.

The best thing to do is wipe clean with a cleaning cloth, and rinse with warm water.

Will you make these for another brand of Mixer?

We will never say no, but people ask we will take a look at each brand on a case by case basis.

Will there be any other colours?

Yes, we will be expanding the colour range each month.

Some with be permanent additions, and other will be limited production runs.

Do you have any other products?

Yes, we will be introducing an all new product to the KitchenAid very soon.

This product will be available on this website once available.

Tax, import duties etc?

At this stage 16/2/2026 all import duties/taxes going to USA are all paid for.

It costs an arm and a leg! But it seems to work out.

Going to Europe… Sometimes your item can make it through customs without inspection and no local taxes imposed, some times they will hold items and ask you to pay local taxes.
